Chef’s Corner
Our 2 smashing chefs cook mostly home grown ingredients to lay on delicious, wholesome meals for our guests. We grow our own raspberries, strawberries, rhubarb and some vegetables, and we have our own herb garden area. Meat and fish are sourced locally, and bread comes from the Edzell village bakery. Home made jams and chutneys are used and sell well at our charity open day every summer.
Meals are plentiful and tasty. We can cater for special dietary needs, if we get prior notice of these, and our chefs like to discuss individual needs with our guests face to face on arrival.
We can lay on BBQs, receptions for drinks parties, curry lunches, and Scottish themed nights, with decorated tables. We do full breakfasts, with porridge of course, and at tea times there are always some delicious scones, cakes or pastries cooked on site.
