Here at the Buxted Inn, it's all about being seasonal and local. Our emphasis is on what is good about British produce, and we aim to reduce the food miles and support local producers and suppliers, making use of the abundant beef, pork, lamb, game and smoked produce that is on our doorstep here in Sussex, and sourcing our fruit and vegetables where possible from the Weald. For our fish supplies we are able to order daily direct from the boat from the shores of Eastbourne.
