Whether a happy occasion or a sad one, the Great Eastern Hotel can accommodate your gathering and look after your guests.

Our function room can seat 42 for a formal occasion, or if you prefer a buffet we can accommodate up to 150 guests.

The function room has it's own bar which can be an open bar or your guests can pay for their own drinks—the choice is yours.

Being close to the Railway Station makes us an ideal choice for Weddings, Christenings and Funeral Gatherings if guests are travelling from some distance away. 

We can also offer preferential rates for rooms when booked as a package with the function room.

On the other hand, if you have your own venue we are happy to provide outside bars.
