I am Luke Brown and I am The Angry Owls (formally The Riffs). I write all the songs but record and play live with various musicians/friends filling in on drums bass and sometimes second guitars.I have been playing in pubs, clubs, marquees, boats, back of trucks, shitholes and dives since I was 16, doing a mixture of covers and original material. I've built up a basic recording setup in my Dad's garage with money I saved from gigs. I have finally finished my first album and with the help of good friends, family and favours got 500 pressed. I am now working on an acoustic album and plan many more.
