BLUE BOOK COURSE

The course comprises of 4 Books each of which contain of 80 runs  making a total of 320 runs as stipulated by  the The TFL -Taxi and Private hire.

Blue Book 1 will prepare you for the first 80 run assessment and it also entitles you to come back for free but essential periodic reviews. (note this is now a voluntary test).

When you buy the 1st blue book you will need to book in for your intial talk, these generally take place on Tuesdays at 6.30pm but they have to be booked as can get rather busy.

or if you have brought another schools book and have decided to change system on to ours you can purchase our book and then book in for a talk.

The reviews are held after 10, 20, and 40 runs have been completed. During each review  relevant and individually tailored advice \ feedback will be given which will  ensure  you are progressing well, doing things correctly and ....

NOT DOING ANY UNNECESSARY WORK !

Books 2 - 4 will prepare you for your first map test and  used in conjunction with our FREE  Wednesday evening beginners Blue Book class will be an essential aid in helping you do well in your appearances \ exams.

 

For all students doing our blue books there are FREE classes EVERY Wednesday at 7pm students are encouraged to attend these on a regular basis after their final review at 40 runs.

The class will help to prepare you for your 1st appearence and also to meet like minded individuals.

So you end up having the support from the school whilst you are doing our blue books 1 , 2 and 3 at no cost,

After the student has finished book 3 that would be the best time to start attending the school and become a fee paying student and to start to attempting point sheets whilst completing book 4, or if you have problems calling over at home noise etc and lack of space for map you can join the school earlier.

The beginners Blue Book  class will also prepare you for the advanced class (56s \ Map test stage) held by Mr Mark Baxter and topical classes by Brian, both qualified taxi drivers who were extremely successful  throughout theirLondon Taxi Knowledge exams.

Each Blue Book costs £20 and are supplied spiral bound and come with a second copy for use whilst actually out on the road.

To qualify for the free classes and reviews and guidence all you need to do is to purchase your blue books and maps that you require to do the Knowledge from us, and if you look at our prices, as always they are very competitively priced.

You will be also added to the schools email list and receive updates for run changes and maps.

We will gladly send the books via mail with a £3 p+p charge per book but we strongly recommend you come into the school for guidance and illustration on how  to complete the runs correctly.
