Honda C90  Honda Cub 90

Changing the engine Oil

Step 1

Changing the oil on a Honda C90 \ Honda Cub 90 is remarkably easy and should be done EVERY 1000 miles.

The motorcycle should be warmed up prior to changing the oil  and the bolt indicated is the bolt which needs to be removed to drain the oil.

Step 2

Using a suitable 17mm extend socket and ratchet  I used an extended one so that  I didn't hit anything when the blot initially gave. Especially the hot exhaust. I only undid it  1 or 2 turns with the ratchet.

Step 3

I then placed a drain tray under the motorcycle and undid the drain bolt completely by hand and let the old engine oil drain out completely into the tray. NOTE I woe gloves when I did this old engine oil is very bad for the skin and can cause cancer (no joke ) if I did get some on my hands I would have washed it off  with plenty of soap and water.
