Chartered Building Surveyor, Home Inspector

I am an independent Chartered Building Surveyor with more than 35 years' experience.

I undertake inspections of all residential properties, including those constructed of period timber framing or stone and/or with thatched roofing.

I offer various building surveying services, with a personal approach, including:-

• Building Survey Reports - Level 3 surveys
• Residential Survey Reports - Level 2 surveys
• Investigation of, and preparation of reports on, building defects
• Measured surveys of land or buildings
• Schedules of Condition and Schedules of Dilapidations
• Reports for litigation purposes

Location

My principal area of operation is within 25 miles of Abingdon, Oxfordshire; serving towns including Newbury, Hungerford and Reading in Berkshire, and Didcot, Wantage, Abingdon, Wallingford, Woodstock and Witney in Oxfordshire, together with the City of Oxford and surrounding villages.
