The Treehouse is a private and comfortable four season getaway cottage overlooking Little Cranberry Lake in Seeley's Bay, near Kingston, Ontario.

About The Treehouse: The Treehouse is set in a shady acre of land with a 180 foot waterfront and an above ground swimming pool. The Treehouse has a huge wraparound deck - spanning three sides of the cottage allowing a breathtaking panoramic view of the lake.

The Treehouse has recently been refurbished and contains all new furniture. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a separate den/3rd bedroom that contains a TV/DVD. The Treehouse contains 3 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds and sleeps up to 8 people comfortably.

As well as parking for up to 4 vehicles, we also have our own dock and we are 3 minutes from the public boat launch (see Seeley's Bay Docking Information) - with lock free access to 3 lakes on the Rideau Canal System. We also provide use of our Kayak which seats two (life jackets available).

Facilities: Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Washer/Dryer, Barbecue, New Pots, Pans, China, Bed Linens etc. Two TV's, Bell Express Vu Satellite, DVD, High speed internet connection, Oil Furnace heating, parking for 4 vehicles. Cleaning service and bed linens available upon request.

Seeley's Bay: Seeley's Bay (see map of Seeley's Bay) is a quiet town with a general store, liquor store, bank, library, medical centre and bait and tackle store. Boats can be hired from the local marinas and the public boat launch is 3 minutes away with easy access to Rideau Canal system.

The historic towns of Kingston and Westport are nearby. Seeley's Bay is a 25 minute drive from the USA Bridge (see map) and the St Lawrence River - renowned for it's excellent Carp Fishing.

There are plenty of things to do in and around Seeley's Bay for adults and children alike. We recommend Quad Biking (4-Wheelers), Kayaking and of course Carp Fishing.

The Thousand Islands has to be seen and for winter sports - Calabogie Peaks cannot be surpassed.
