Our Fees

We always try to keep our fees competitive and as low as possible. Your willingness to maintain complete and accurate accounting records and taxation paperwork will help us to complete our work more efficiently and achieve this aim.

All our staff maintain detailed time records and our fees are based on these. Our time and expertise is our only source of income. We do not charge for introductory meetings, engagement enquiries and social calls, meetings or functions intended to keep us up to date with your business. We only charge for telephone calls if matters of substance are discussed.

All staff members have an hourly charge out rate based on their skill and knowledge. Hourly rates of charge vary for basic bookkeeping services to complex technical tax or accounting advice.

We offer a variety of methods of payment of fees including monthly and quarterly schemes. All fees rendered are expected to be paid within 14 days of presentation.
