Three Months Free Insurance

If your phone is stolen or damaged the replacement cost could be up to £450. For your peace of mind we provide on all new connections the option to you to have 3 months FREE insurance.

The Lifeline™ insurance policy covers you against theft inc airtime abuse & accidental damage. Your cover will start immediately and you have the option to continue this cover after the 1st 3 months for £5.99 (for phones valued less than £300) or £7.99 (for phones valued at £301+) per month or you can choose to cancel the Direct Debit if you do not wish for this cover to continue. The insurance covers you for replacement value of up to £450 (£300 for the lesser premium). Note – The two policies have an excess of £50 (this is reduced to £29.50 after three months on the lesser priced tariff).

The Lifeline™ insurance policy is provided by New Technology Insurance ("NTI") which is a European Insurance Company based in Dublin, specialising in insurance for portable electronic equipment and in particular mobile phones.

e2save.com is a trading name of The Carphone Warehouse Limited, which acts as NTI's agent in relation to the management of the Lifeline™ insurance policy and is authorised to deal with all of your requirements as a Lifeline™ policyholder. This includes management of the premium, which is paid by Direct Debit to Carphone Warehouse from the 4th month from your bank account. Full details will be sent to you by NTI detailing the policy and the dates the premiums will become due. These Direct Debit payments are covered by your bank / building societies direct debit guarantee, which in the unlikely event of an error entitles you to an immediate refund.

Should there be a change to the date, amount or frequency of your Direct Debit, you'll be given 10 working days notice before any money is debited from your account. You can cancel this agreement at any time.
