Training 4 Dogs - how to find us

Map of Upper Wield and Surrounding areasTraining 4 dogs has now centered its training activities in the delightful and picturesque village of at Upper Wield in North East Hampshire.
Training 4 dogs started in Wield and Wield Village Hall has always been the central location for our training however, in previous years our agility was held in the neighbouring village of Medstead near Four Marks.
Now the recent acquisition of our own Training ground less than 50 yards from Wield Village Hall has enabled us to centre all our activities in this delightful rural spot. We are easy to find and very conveniently located for dog owners in Alton, Alresford, Bordon, Basingstoke, Medstead, Preston Candover and Dummer, that said we attract clients to our regular weekly classes from as far afield as Andover, Farnborough, Guildford and Portsmouth.

By car, Upper Wield is approximately 15 minutes from the A303, 15 minutes from Alresford, 20 minutes from Basingstoke, 20 minutes from Alton and 10 minutes from the A31 at Four Marks.

Upper Wield Village Hall has ample parking for clients and can also be used for parking for agility classes that meet at our Training Ground (subject to the Hall not being booked by another party at that time). Please note that there is no parking at the Training Ground and unless we advise otherwise clients should park in the Village Hall Car Park.
Some Specialist Master Classes will be held at other locations.
1-2-1 and private Dog Training Lessons are also held at clients homes in any local area, currently this includes Alton, Alresford, Winchester, Basingstoke, Bordon, Petersfield, the Candovers and Villages between, Fleet, Farnborough, Godalming, Camberley and Andover.
Travel costs are charged for some areas.
Some of our clients live outside the Alton and Alresford District and but choose to share lessons and costs with other dog lovers in their area. If you and your friends would like us to run classes run in your area at a time to suit you, we will be happy to arrange special "group lessons".

Training OutsideOur Training Ground

We are delighted and very excited that Training4dogs has now acquired its own dedicated dog training ground at Upper Wield, just 50 Yards from our main training venue at Upper Wield Village Hall.
We have recently completed a secure enclosed area which provides a totally safe and disruption free arena for our agility classes and a perfect environment were we can work with dogs with recall challenges or who are not yet fully reliable off the lead.
In addition to Agility the Training Ground will also provide a perfect venue for most of our the forthcoming Master Classes in Search Work and Tracking, for our Adult Socialisation Classes and will also be used for most of our class training when the weather permits. The Training Ground also gives us an ideal location for 1-2-1 private lessons in a safe and secure area. The Training Ground has a water supply to keep dogs refreshed during lessons and ample shade for the comfort of dogs and handlers.
