About The TRAK Community Base
We offer tea and coffee making facilities, access to telephone for emergency calls (but no mobile numbers), fax service, black & white or colour photocopying and laminating facilities.
We also have a number of computers for word processing, spread sheets, photographic editing, poster design and much more. We also offer training. The computers are connected to the Internet and all the web content is filtered so offensive material can not be accessed, but we cannot guarantee that unacceptable material will not be viewed.
The TRAK Community Base is open from 10:30am to 6:00pm Monday - Wednesday, and 10:30am to 5:30pm Friday.

The base is closed to the public on Tuesday. This allows the committee officers to meet, and for the base and computer systems managers to service the computers. Also the base is closed on Thursday for computer lessons.
Base Policies
The computer system keeps a record of all web sites visited, and by which member. Everything that you access is logged with time and date by the system. If it is found that the facility is being used for unacceptable purposes then access could be denied, and membership cancelled.
There may be a charge for use of some of the facilities (please see a member of staff for details). The centre operates a No Smoking policy. We expect all users to respect the base, other users and the staff.
All visitors are asked to respect other users of the base, and not to act in any way, which would disturb others. Violent, abusive or threatening behaviour is not acceptable. All members are asked to respect the Health and Safety Guidelines in the base.
TRAK cannot be responsible for personal items. Personal items such as bags, mobile phones, keys etc are your responsibility. Please keep them safe at all times. TRAK does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal items.
