The cottage has stunning sea views from two of the bedrooms, and the view from the attic room is breathtaking, encompassing the whole of St Ives harbour and the surrounding Cornish coastline.
Once you leave the door you are only a minutes walk from the wonderful sandy Porthminster beach and the shops and restaurants around the harbour of St Ives are only a 2 minutes walk.
The cottage has been fitted out to a high standard with many original features and has white painted woodwork with traditional Cornish pastel colours and wooden floors, giving it a typically cosy Cornish feel.
