When you place an order with us you
must be aware of our terms & conditions
All garment sizes are appropriate and should be used for guidance
only
All items must have a deposit at time of order, rest of payment on
collection. (except account customers)
You must supply your artwork as per our instructions as we will
reserve the right not to complete your order if you do not.
Artwork may be used to promote Carolines T Shirts Ltd.
We cannot guarantee exact colours in artwork sent. CMYK or RGB
colour schemes may not necessarily be adhered to.
You must follow washing instructions as we cannot be held
responsible if you do not.
We reserve the right to refuse any orders that we feel may be in
breech of copyright or we find to be unsuitable to the general
public.
The customer accepts responsibility for all printing ordered and
indemnifies against copyright or propriety infringements.
All order details must be clear. We try not to accept printing details
by phone.
We reserve the right to amend prices where necessary
Payment terms for approved trade customers are strictly NET 30
DAYS from date of invoice
Deliveries are undertaken at customers own risk subject to carriers
normal terms & conditions
Returns, Refunds and Complaints
All errors and damage must be reported as quick as possible in
order that we can rectify the problem.
Refunds will only be entertained should an error be our
responsibility.
In the unlikely event that you wish to complain please call us first to
see if we can solve the problem there and then. If you wish to
make a formal complaint please right to us and we will respond as
quick as we can in order to help you.
Own Garments:
Customer's property supplied for printing or embroidery is held at
the customer's risk. Whilst every care will be taken in printing or
embroidery, we cannot accept responsibility for imperfect work
caused by unsuitability of materials supplied by the customer. If
any error occurs while printing/embroidering a logo onto a
customers own garment, Carolines is only liable for the quoted
price of applying the print/embroidery to said garment. At no time
and under no circumstance shall Carolines be liable for the cost of
the garment.
