Vinyl Printing your design
Vinyl printing and transfer printing are great for small orders, perfect for 1 off custom design
shirts, custom work shirts, stag nights, hen nights and promotional event clothing in a range of
different colours
Vinyl printing is basically a quality print pressed onto your garment under extreme heat and
pressure to make it last.
We can vinyl print onto a range of items such as hoodies, jackets, bags and more.
The Process of Vinyl Printing
Step 1: Your design is taken and place in our vinyl cutting template.
Step 2: Your custom design is then cut out on our plotter, and weeded out.
Step 3: The vinyl with your design and custom shirts or items you have chosen is then
placed into position on our heat press and pressed.
Step 4: Depending on the vinyl, we either hot peel or cold peel your custom design and
your print is done!
Unlike screen printing, where the ink absorbs slightly into the garment, vinyl sits on top of the
garment. This means they look sharp and bright because the garment base colour does not affect
the design. A transfer can be made in a number of different ways and then is applied to the
garments and promotional items using a heat press.
