COMPANION COLOUR
The COMPANION 3 COLOUR EEZEE READER is designed for people who want a low vision aid, but do not want to be restricted by where they can use it. The COMPANION 3 COLOUR EEZEE READER is easy to set up - plug-in at the mains, turn the screen on and then start reading. Like all COMPANION 3 models it is contained in a useful carry bag with shoulder strap, and weighs less than 1.5kg, which means that you can go to your friends, move from between classrooms, or take it on holiday.
The COMPANION 3 COLOUR EEZEE READER comes with an 8.4" screen that has a flip-out stand. The dimensions of the screen when set up on flip-out stand are width 8.5", height 5.5" and depth 4.75", which makes it ideal where space is limited such as libraries, offices or in hotel rooms.
The COMPANION 3 COLOUR EEZEE READER is similar to the COMPANION 3 EEZEE READER WIDEVIEW with 8x magnification, but the difference is that you can view images in colour as well as negative mode. This means that you can look at photographs, magazines and greeting cards in colour. For those of you that used to navigate in the car but cannot read the map anymore, if you request a car adaptor at time of purchase, you can use your COMPANION 3 COLOUR EEZEE READER to read the map in the car again.
If you want higher magnification, we supply a SCART connector so that you can get the same magnification you would with a COLOUR COMBI. With additional cables, you are also able to view colour pictures from digital cameras, camcorders and even DVD players using the 8.4" screen.
