The villa has a large sunbathing terrace all around the large pool and a covered terrace for when you need some shade and for alfresco dining. All the windows and doors have security bars to safeguard both property and possessions, though crime is very low in this area.

The views from the terraces are spectacular and the position of the villa offers seclusion, privacy and peace. The villa is set in 2500m2 of garden and is fully walled. The garden is being landscaped and planted early 2007. There is ample parking at the front of the villa.
