Long-term client relationships are a result of our flexible, responsive support services. e-Partner provides a combination of telephone, on-site and remote access support to cost effectively maintains our client's systems. Routine performance monitoring and administration can be facilitated remotely using Terminal Services, an integral part of the Windows 2000 Server operating system. On occasions where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will normally be on site within four hours.

Consultancy

The implementation of both new systems and upgrades. We will systematically plan, install, configure and test all aspects of hardware and software to ensure the system is fully optimised for performance, security and reliability.
