Maintenance Services

Hardware maintenance includes all repairs or replacement activity after a problem has occurred. It also includes all preventive maintenance as recommended by the equipment manufacturer and predictive maintenance, and shall include the supported end user machines, including servers, and all peripheral and network connected devices, including, but not limited to, all internal drives, modems, feature cards, monitors and printers

Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes (IMAC)

IMAC Services are limited to desktop, floor standing or portable personal computers. These systems usually consist of a system unit, a display monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, one or more disk drives, internal fixed storage device, and directly attached peripherals including printers, etc.

End User telephone support includes, but is not limited to, the following:
