Hi! We would both like to express our thanks to you and all of
your staff for such an enjoyable weekend and once again it was
such a pleasure to stay with you.
Our thanks to all the staff for their hard work, and to the chef
who surpassed himself
on the Saturday night meal, an excellent
menu, well thought out, a good balance,
and the presentation
was everything
The way that the wine tasting was presented was very well done
by taking each wine
with each course was an enjoyable way for
all four of us..
