Here are some sample Cocktails... and Bar Shooters
Gin and Cointreau are shaken with grapefruit and
lemon juice to create a zesty, refreshing cocktail
Pink Lady
One for the cocktail purist, it comprises Gin, Grenadine, lemon juice and
the white of an egg Shaken, it should be sipped over a sugared rim
allowing a delightful, nostalgic cocktail experience
Mocking Bird
Consisting of Tequila, Crème de Menthe, lime juice and a soda top,
this cocktail will take you one step closer to heaven
Bacardi, Midori and pineapple juice are shaken, poured over ice and
draped in Blue Curacao One to be seen as well as tasted
Blue Lagoon
Guaranteed to cool and relax, a simple blend of Vodka
and Blue Curacao are fizzed with refreshing lemonade
Cosmopolitan
Cointreau, cranberry and lime are united to
make this famous drink. A true classic
Freshly-squeezed lime is added to crushed mint, white Rum and bitters
Sugar syrup is then used to subtly offset the bitters while soda adds a refreshing edge
Rolls Royce
Simply a mix of Cognac, Cointreau and orange juice,
it’s been enjoyed for over one hundred and fifty years
Our variation consists of refreshing pineapple juice topped with a fine Scotch Whisky
under the deepest of Blue Curacao skies and finished with a twist of lemon
