Just a few things for you to consider...


If you arrive early? If you arrive early this will not be a problem.
We always prepare our buffets to be ready about 15 minutes before serving.

If you do arrive early we will simply serve you drinks while we make the final preparations to your buffet. We will then serve your buffet as soon as we possibly can.


Or if you arrive late?
We do watch for the first people to arrive before making the final preparations to any hot dishes prior to serving. However late you may be, rest assured that we will be working hard to ensure that all of your food is of the utmost quality.


Drinks for your guests
The bar will be open for your arrival and we will staff it according to the number of people due to arrive. A wide variety of drinks are available either for the mourners to buy for themselves or you may prefer to put an amount behind the bar.

Alternatively you may wish to ask us to offer wines or other drinks to guests on arrival...
If a lot of people are attending, this can help greatly to prevent any long queues at the bar
on arrival. Please contact us for a range of drinks that we can offer on arrival.

The bar will stay open within normal licensing hours.

We cannot guarantee that there will not be any other members of the public in the bar
areas but you will have exclusive use of any function room that you book.
