Do I need to modify my engine?

Almost without exception all modern diesel engines can run on Biodiesel without modification. Some older engines (early 90s and before) are not suitable due to their use of biodegradable flexible pipes and seals. If you have older vehicles and would like to know whether they are suitable, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Can I run on 100% Biodiesel?

Yes, Biodiesel can completely replace ‘normal’ mineral diesel. Due to Biodiesel’s tendency to ‘clean out’ fuel systems we recommend a transition period to reduce the risk of fuel filter clogging. This transition period will depend upon on the age and mileage of your fleet.

How can I be sure of the quality?

We use state of the art equipment and processes to ensure all our Biodiesel meets the required standards. On top of this every batch of Biodiesel produced is quality tested throughout the process with the final test being completed prior to the Biodiesel being approved for sale.
