The Bosch KTS650
is definitely the most universal of the scan tools we have and
will connect to a great many different vehicles and systems.
One of its great strengths is the ability to graph the live data;
this is definitely a big advantage over other tools

Using the KTS
651 to diagnose faults on a Mercedes engine management system.

The scope we use is the Fluke 98/2 design and includes in its
features a flight recorder, glitch detection as well as a very
fast time base should it be required.
The Sun DGA2500
4 Gas tester is a very useful piece of equipment. It enables
the technician to read the gases coming out of the exhaust from
the engine. CO HC CO2 O2 helping to make a picture
as to what problems maybe occurring. It also gives the lambda
reading which when perfect is 1 which = 14.7 to 1 air to
fuel ratio.
It also
enables us to MOT test petrol and diesel engines. via a very
handy bluetooth interface.

The Coda fuel
pressure and vacuum tester is an excellent piece of equipment
and can help diagnose the more intricate engine management/mechanical
problems

The Sykes Pickavant
ACR code reader reads stored fault codes and live data. We currently
have software pods and harnesses to communicate with most vehicles.
The AD200 Japanese
and Korean scanner allows us to carry out in depth repairs to
these vehicles.

BOSCH ESI CD-ROM
Updated 4 times per year, the BOSCH ESI CD-ROM is a must for
any modern service centre. It contains technical specifications,
including part numbers and diagrams, cross-references, updates
and product hybrids. Offering database search functions, information
on the proper servicing of your equipment can be retrieved timely
and accurately.
