Reiki

Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy. This energy is in all of us and in all things. Dr Mikao Usui discovered the Reiki Healing System, which incorporated the Sacred Symbols, and the Laying on of Hands. Each of the Symbols works on a specific frequency, restoring harmony and balance back into our energy systems, our bodies and our life circumstances.

There is also an esoteric aspect of Reiki, which is the path of Self Discovery, a spiritual journey into the true Self. Through each of the three degrees, level 1, level 2 and Master degree, your journey in to self-awareness and personal development unfolds uniquely for you. Reiki is many things to many people, therefore there is no dogma, it is not a religion, and is open to all faiths, all ages, and to people from all walks of life.

Reiki has many benefits, whether you wish to work with it purely for relaxation or for personal development. The primary key to Reiki is relaxation-calmness, for when at peace the mind and body can rest, and the restoration process can then begin.
