Catriona’s interest in Complementary Therapies began in the 1980’s where as a young artist, she became interested in Colour Therapy and exhibited some of her artwork at the Mind, Body and Spirit festival in London, selling paintings to therapists for their treatment rooms.
Moving to Somerset in 1987 and in between bringing up her two sons, studied complementary therapies in Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, Colour/Crystal Therapy and Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candle).
She continues to draw and paint as well as working as a Holistic Therapist. She is a Fellow of the International Council of Holistic Therapists.
