Accommodation:

We have 1 Twin and 2 Double rooms. All are en-suite with central heating, hairdryer, digital TV, Tea & Coffee making facilities. Iron & ironing board and free wi-fi access, also available.

There is a separate entrance to all rooms which leads to our large prive car park. Our premises are fitted with a fire alarm system which conforms to fire regulations.

Full English breakfast, lunch, & dinner are available every day.

We are licensed till midnight every night and have live music nearly every week end...so this is not avenue for a quiet early to bed stay! (although we do provide ear plugs in every room) but together with good food and entertainment, a stay in our very comfortable well appointed rooms, will make a base to enjoy the country side with access to the Southdowns and to the beach at Brighton.
