Established in 1999, Whizz Business Solutions (R) is a registered trademark both in name and logo for Secretarial Services. The proprietor is Johanna Kaschke My first local advertisement was in the East London Advertiser and involved my picture in front of the then fashionable Olivetti PC with huge screen. When I started I liked the sound whizz expressing fast word processing but then got informed that someone might protest using that word as someone may own the trademark. I noticed another having applied for that trademark and made an application whilst it was ongoing and because the other application was refused, I got lucky and was able to purchase that trademark for the word whizz. I use it for Whizz Business Solutions, meaning, flying through space, which is totally correct for work via the Internet highways and cyberspace because that is what communications do. I started off working from home because I had to care for a disabled person and taught myself web design and promoted my services using the web name whizz.uk.com. I developed the site and experimented with free or cheap scripts, which were eventually totally out of date and had no time to work on it further and therefore closed this whizz.uk.com web space in April 2009. I now use www.whizzbusiness.com.
