Any work undertaken in respect of word processing and or processing of numeric data is subject to proof reading by the customer, who has the ultimate reponsibility for correctness. E.g. sign a letter only once you have read the content and are satisfied that all is in order.

In the case of transcriptions correctness is guaranteed as it is understood by the person transcribing the material.

Any monies outstanding for work undertaken must be paid by the date and time due or services will stop.

Any material in transit is no longer the responsibility of the sender once it has gone into the hands or media of the transport provider.
