The new more authentic Maximum R&B show and website coming soon....
"I've seen lots of Who tributes and they've not all been good but I can thourougly recommend these guys. While on stage they make it clear they're not out to look like Pete, Keith etc, more to replicate as best as possible what The Who sounded like live and this they do really well, their singer in particular sounding uncannily like our Rodge. Their set included both the big hits from the early 60's and a big chunk of Quad tracks which really brought the house down"

The Whoo - Forthcoming gigs.
Saturday - 13 /11/10 - The Marrs Bar, Pierpoint Street, Worcester.
Double header with the fantastic mod covers band The Coopers. Another chance to catch us on stage together following the 'sell out' success of Quadrophenia night.
Its going to be an exiting night for the Whoo as we debut our new drummer, bassist and keys man. Importantly all the new members are massive Who fans (the drummers seen them 25 times!!), and passiionate about getting the show as authentically musically correct as possible. We were obviously sad to see Ian and Pav leave and wish them luck with there band The Underdogs
We've pitched the tickets for the night at a very reasonable £6 in advance. Get your tickets direct from The Marrs Bar on 01905 613336. Be warned numbers are strictly limited. You'll find more info on this great live music venue at www.marrsbar.co.uk
