Display Team
The spring/summer season is the team’s busiest time, jumping into sporting events such as the North West 200, the Youth Games and the World Powerboat Championships.

We have flown in with the match ball to:
· Shamrock Park - Portadown v Manchester United.
· Windsor Park - Linfield v Liverpool.
· Coleraine Showgrounds for the Milk Cup final.
· Ravenhill Park for the rugby schools final.

Festivals, air shows, corporate outings are all enhanced by our arrival and you may have seen us year after year at the Portrush Raft Race - run by Coleraine Borough Council. It gives all of these occasions that extra thrill and excitement. Interested? Download the booking form today.

So What Does The Team Comprise Of:
Display Team
There is more to a parachute display than you may think.  The jump team itself is made up of experienced club members, usually 5 jumpers at any one event, who will have logged between them many thousands of jumps.  But there are many others who take part to ensure its smooth operation.

Beforehand, our experts will visit and check the potential Parachute Landing Area (P.L.A.) with the event personnel to ensure its suitability.  They will organise a landing area, with safety for all, being the number one priority.  They can also liaise to fulfil any special requirements that may be needed on the day for the event organiser.  Should this be: for the team to jump in with flags or advertising banners; to pose for photographs for the media; meet VIPs; draw ballots for prize givings etc.

Our 2 million pound insurance policy covers the organisers, spectators, land-owners and, of course, the sky-divers.

Our administration staff co-ordinate all bookings with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), to have clearance to drop at the time required, and to organise the team, not only for the jump itself, but for team practices.

On the day a ground team will arrive.  They will set up a mobile PA system, through which they will then give a running commentary as the sky-divers exit the aircraft and enter the arena.  They will also be able to answer any questions from the admiring public.

Display Team
Of course the jump team itself is there for more than parachuting into the arena.  Team members will give demonstrations on how to pack a parachute, and as already mentioned, any other requirements that the event organiser may have, should this even involve jumping in fancy dress and posing for those all important marketing photo shoots.

Last but not least, our pilots.  They will do all that they can to fly us to any event, in, at times, challenging weather conditions.  They will ensure that we keep to the schedule for the planned drop.  In other words we arrive at the time requested.

If you plan to have a Parachute Display, then do not delay, as there are certain things that we will require from yourself so as to obtain clearance from Air Traffic Control.

· A fully completed Booking Form, 6 weeks’ before the display date.
· Written Land Owners permission.
· A booking deposit.

Parachute Display Price Guide:
As a guide to price the cost of a parachute display in your area view the map below.  There are 3 zones, each zone is priced for the flying time of the aircraft and of course all the other aspects of the display team as mentioned earlier.  To price a parachute display in your area, simply see in which zone your intended Parachute Landing Area (P.L.A.) falls.

These prices are based on a display with a jump team of no more than 5 skydivers.  Should you wish to have a display of more than 5, but no more than 10 skydivers, then please contact us for the cost of these displays.  These prices do include jumping into water - contact us for details.

What Is Required?
When the P.L.A. is deemed suitable to jump into, the following is required 6 weeks before the display date.
· A booking deposit of £100.
- This is non-refundable, as it covers administration and the ground team, who will arriveon the day to set up the PLA and be able to give a commentary on the display.
· Written Land Owners’ permission.
- Without this prior consent, the jump will not take place, nor will the ground team arrive.
· A fully completed booking form.
 - An agreement that organisers will adhere to all safety requirements.  This details the when, where and at what time from you, plus any other arrangements that you may like us to help with. Download a Booking Form here today.

Near The Time:
Two weeks before the intended display the balance of the fee must be paid, to ensure that any cheques clear the banking system.

Should We Not Jump:
Should the weather conditions, for flying and jumping, be unfavourable on the day it may not be possible to jump.  This is decided by the pilot, the ground team and the jump team leader at that time, their decision is final, as safety is the main concern for themselves and others.

There are just some things out of our control - the weather, therefore you will be refunded the balance of the display fee, but not the deposit.

Discounts:
We offer discounts for each zone to those who wish to book more that one display in that zone.

Marketing:
Display Team
Are you looking for a new and unique way of advertising your business or brand name.  If so, have you ever considered going into partnership with our Display team.

Skydiving is one of the most exciting and rapidly developing opportunities for you to market your business or brand name.  A fresh young sport, it captures the imagination of the public and a new way for you to promote your corporate identity.  A wealth of quality digital movie and stills provides media and viewers with stunning, high profile, lasting images. A Parachute Display Team with customised canopies, jumpsuits and wind blades will associate your retail unit, company or product with excitement, youth and adventure.

Partnership packages can be tailored to suit your requirements, whether they are brand exposure or values, media stunts or corporate entertainment.

Display Team
As with any organisation positive media exposure is vital.  Event organisers will advertise their event.  They want people coming to their event and so need something to attract their attention.  A parachute display creates a lot of interest, and so is used on billboards, radio ads, newspapers, and of course flyers. Get your name out there too.  By being the team sponsor your name will be mentioned and shown too.

Television exposure will be opened to you when you decide to take up this opportunity to sponsor the team. For example:  UTV’s coverage of the North West 200 highlights programme; the BBC with live shots of the team entering Ravenhill Park for the rugby school boys’ final on St. Patrick’s day.  In fact television coverage of skydiving events is on the increase and as yet this sport is uncluttered by previous sponsors images, therefore it remains special.

Numerous programme makers have filmed at our centre, producing programmes about the attractions that our province has to offer. Indeed many of our top local celebrities have completed a Sky-dive at our centre. You could be a part of this and have your name or logo appear in shot.

And do not forget all those countless newspapers that will have your logo in shot,  or the radio coverage that will be mentioning your name.

Also, if you take up this opportunity your name can be shown here on every page of our site, go worldwide.  Plus, have your name or logo appear on our staff outfits, and within our centre itself.

Interested? If so, then Contact Us to receive your copy of our portfolio and DVD.  Then talk to us about a proposal.

Many thanks to John McCourt, Jim Hunter, Mike Murphy and the various tourist boards for the use of their Photos’.
