	Biking on the country lanes. 5 miles from us at Carleen
	Quaint Cadgwith on the coast path.
	South Wheal Francis. Inland on the Great Flat Lode. A fantastic old mining trail for Walkers, cyclists and horse riders.
	Ancient monuments and Lanyon Quoit in west Cornwall
	The vast sandy beach of Gwithian. Low tide the beach is fully exposed or walk along the dunes at high tide.

We are open all year and from November 2008 to the 4th April 2009 (excluding 22nd Dec to 3rd Jan 09) we welcome short break stays as well as full weeks to make the most of Cornwall in the off season.

The rates for short breaks are

5 to 7 As weekly rate As weekly rate

Prices are based on 2 nights minimum and includes linen and towels and night storage heating.
