We are open all year and have a selection of eight individual properties to suit all requirements and sleeping up to 7 persons. They offer spectacular sea and coastal views of the Atlantic and Mounts Bay. Three of these overlook the beach with balconies.

The Loft  sleeps 4  look inside

A two bedroom loft above our office with excellent sea and coastal views.

Comprising: Entrance and hallway leading to: Bathroom with bath, Shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. Kitchen diner. Lounge with colour TV.+ DVD player. Door to external small decked area with outside seating and table. Bedroom with twin single beds. Bedroom with double bed.

Loft House  Sleeps 7  look inside

A spacious 3 bedroom house with an excellent view towards the sea and cliffs of the Lizard Peninsula.

Comprising: Ground Floor Entrance- Hallway and stairs to first floor. Bedroom with double and single bed. Bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. Kitchen/diner with washing machine. Store cupboard.

First Floor – Two bedrooms each with double bed. One bedroom is leading from the lounge, Large lounge excellent sea view with colour TV. + DVD player, Toilet with washbasin.

A one bedroom cottage with patio balcony overlooking the beach and uninterrupted views of the sea and Mounts Bay

Comprising: Ground floor –  hallway with stairs. Kitchen/dining room including washing machine, microwave & heated towel rail. Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.

First floor – Sea facing lounge with colour TV and DVD player and Freeview channels. Bedroom with double bed.

Barc House  sleeps 4  look inside

A two bedroom small cottage with patio balcony overlooking beach and bay.

Comprising: Ground floor – Entrance with stairs. Bathroom with bath, Shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. Open kitchen/dining area and lounge with colour TV. + DVD player Door to patio.

First floor – Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with twin single beds.

Little Tamerisk  sleeps 2  look inside

A small cottage situated on the cliff top with balcony and first floor balcony. Excellent sea and coastal views.

Comprising: Ground floor – Entrance passage with door to balcony and door to small kitchen/diner. Bathroom with bath & shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.

First floor – Open plan lounge and bedroom (with double bed). 2 seater settee and easy chair. Colour TV + DVD player.. Door to balcony. Room can be divided by a curtain.

Net Loft Bottom  sleeps 5  look inside  

A three bedroom self-contained ground floor flat with a small courtyard.

 
Comprising: Door to hallway leading to- Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin. Fitted kitchen/dining room including washing machine & microwave. Lounge with cottage suite and colour TV +DVD player. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom with single bed. (Although Net Loft is very close to the beach and sea it does not have a sea view)

A two bedroom fully self contained ground floor flat with excellent sea views and rear courtyard.

Comprising: Door in hall leading to Lounge/Kitchen combined, with cottage suite, colour TV + DVD player, nest of tables, dining table and chairs.

Bedroom with single bed, drawer unit with mirror, wardrobe with drawers

Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, drawer units, bedside table and lamp.

Bathroom with bath and shower over and sink unit. Separate toilet closet.

Utility cupboard.
