Property Information and Visit Britain Quality Ratings

All accommodation except Homeside Top is assessed by a "Quality in Tourism" assessor of Visit Britain/Enjoy England annually. For April 2009- April 2010 our grading is as follows:

Seine House, Netloft Bottom

Barc House, Little Tamerisk, The Loft, Loft House, Loe Bar Bottom

The following items are standard in all properties:

u Car parking in a marked space in our car park, colour TV (our digital switch over is in July 2009 and we are analogue until then (except Seine House which has a SKY Freeview box)) + DVD player, cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric shower over bath (except Homeside Top), night storage heating, portable electric heaters, iron and ironing board, clothes airer. Outside seating and table. Outside washing line.

u Linen in the form of duvets and pillows with covers.

u All kitchens include a kettle, toaster, crockery, pots, pans and utensils for the appropriate number of sleeps and enough for 4 in the smaller places.

Additional Items:

u Seine House, Netloft Bottom and Loft House have washing machines. We are happy to do "a load" if you are staying the any of the other properties at no charge. For 2 week stays also a exchange of dirty for clean linen and bath mats
u Seine House, Loft House Netloft Bottom, Homeside Top have a radio/cd player and Little Tamerisk a clock radio
u Seine House, The Loft and Loft House have heated towel rails either portable or wall fixed.
