New Trusteees Wanted

Woodvale & Ainsdale Community Association wishes to increase the number of its trustees to help assist with the running of the two centres.

Trustees are responsible for the governance of the charity, making sure legal requirements are being met and also to provide strategic direction. The post holders are required to regularly attend monthly meeting on a regular basis. Trustees must be over the age of 18. Those who have already been disqualified as company directors, are insolvent, or who have been convicted of an offence involving dishonesty or deception are ineligible as trustees under Charity Laws.
