Octane was formed in
1996 and the last decade has shown us that
excellent headhunters come from a diversity
of backgrounds.
Generally speaking however,
our consultants have strong academic qualifications,
often supplemented with professional marketing
qualifications, some team members have also
worked in senior sales and marketing positions
in FMCG.
Octane's consultants
also possess excellent interpersonal skills
and build strong professional working relationships
with clients and candidates alike.
Octane is headed up
by two Directors: Kate Mackenzie and Richard
Johnston.
