We have our own service department with onsite engineers should you require any technical advice.

The service department is situated at the Emery Lane store in Boston. You can drop in repairs the any of the shops in Boston, Spilsby or Skegness.

If the item is too large to bring in we can call to you house and minor repairs can be completed on-site.  If required the set will be brought into the workshop and returned to you when completed.

Service Department

We have our own installation team to deliver and install all products purchased from us.

We can either deliver your new products to a room of your choice or if required we can un box, install and demonstrate the basics of operation. Please enquire with our sales people for more information.

We also offer a custom installation service which includes wall mounting flat panel brackets and home cinema speaker systems
