Parents and Youth Talk
Adolescence is a journey of self discovery. This journey brings with it new experiences and change, that impact both on the young person, and on the lives of others. Some teenagers experience difficulties, making it hard for all those supporting them.
If you are concerned about your son or daughter, then talking to one of the clinical reception staff at Youth Talk could help. An appropriate intervention at this early stage can be crucial if young people are going to access support.
Young people may wonder themselves if counselling could help. However, a referral can only go ahead once the young person him/herself contacts us. S/he can email or phone.
